This is a beautiful material and my baby who loves his hands did not fight going in this sleep sack at all! I can’t say the same about other options that used Velcro. I’m not sure he sleeps longer with this than other options (he has reflux and was born premature), but he certainly seems comfortable in it!

The 3-6 month is definitely smaller then the size says- my 3 month old barely fits into the swaddle- not impressed as I spent a lot of money on these

The Zen One Classic has improved his sleep. He is able to soothe himself back to sleep within 10 minutes of waking except when he needs to feed.

The Zen one has definitely made a difference in how my one month old sleeps at night! He doesn’t like his arms to be swaddled, and he’s an active sleeper, so it’s perfect for keeping him from waking himself up, and also let’s him self soothe! We love it and so does he!

It’s a nice sleep sack don’t get me wrong- I think people expect miracles from this and that seems unrealistic. The zen sack has been our primary sleep sack for naps. I kinda wish we had bought these earlier than 3 months and maybe I’d feel like we gained more from the weighed aspect however my 4 month old is still not sleeping well.

The fabric is really nice and seems comfy. I’m not sure it’s really helping my daughter sleep better though. It seems on the smaller side in width as well, she is only three months and not a big baby, I’m not sure it’s going to fit her until six months.

As a FTM I was at a total loss of how to swaddle + try to get my newborn baby girl to sleep or even just nap independently. She would break herself loose of the blanket swaddles and wake herself up not being swaddled within 15 mins until I stubbled across an ad for the Zen Nested Bean sleep sack.
Our daughter now at 2 months old not only sleeps through the night but she now naps amazing in her the Zen sleep sack. HUGE game changer and such a blessing to us as first time parents. I recommend to anyone struggling in the beginning like we did!

The Zen One swaddle is amazing! Didn't think it was actually gonna help our son sleep in as little as the 1-3 nights, you see results literally the very first night! Must have if you about to have a child. Totally recommend!!

Absolutely love this swaddle my baby is very active and hates being tied down. During the day I will unzip arms so he is free and can have a great nap! Highly recommend! Went from sleeping 2.5hrs to 6hrs of sleep.

I like the combo. The swaddle has worked pretty well, I use for night sleep. And I use the sack for naps during the day. We are going through the 4-month sleep regression so it is hard to say if the sack and swaddle have increased the sleep time. Baby was going in the right direction before this though!

We had a newborn ZenOne Sack that our infant grew out of so we purchased the pack with the ZenOne and Zen Sac. It has only been a few weeks, two washes according to directions, and our Zen One sleep sack already has a hole in the seam. We are so disappointed. Our daughter will not sleep at night without this sleep sack and we are trying to transition into the Zen Sack but we are just not there yet.

LOVE the Nested Bean Zen Sacks! I’ve had a weighted blanket for years and love it, I always sleep better when I use mine so when I saw these sleep sacks I had to give them a shot. My 3 month old has now been wearing them to sleep since being 8 weeks old. He won’t sleep more than a couple hours at night if he’s not wearing them, if he has one on though this kid will sleep a solid 7 hours, completely uninterrupted. He always gets excited when we change into PJs and his sack gets put on. Not only is he now a happy to sleep baby, but he sleeps wonderfully and wakes up in the best mood every morning. Thank you Nested Bean for making these sacks for littles!

Love the Zen One! The materials are excellent quality and very soft. The inner band helps keep baby from waking up due to startle reflex.

The swaddle one is sooooo stretchy and amazing. Even has the side weights like the classic witch I was not expecting. And the sack is very nice and warm, I’ve been putting my daughter in that for naps to help transition to the crib!

My daughter is 4 weeks old and uses the Zen swaddle/sack every night! She likes to sleep with her arms out of the sack. I feel like it does a great job! The zipper on top and bottom is wonderful for diaper changes.
