Returns and Exchanges


We hope that you love your purchase made on However, we understand if you change your mind.

  • We accept returns 60 days from your original date of purchase.
  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customers.  
  • Items must be in original packaging unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered to receive the full refund.
  • Exclusions may apply*
  • Partial returns made on 2-pack bundles, 3-pack bundles, BOGO, MYBUNDLE15 or any other deals, will be processed such that the retained item will be marked at full price. The amount refunded will be the difference between the invoice amount and the full price of the retained item. Following exclusions may apply.
  • Used items are not eligible for a refund. Returned items that are unfit for donations will be carefully discarded.
  • All clearance items are "final sale" and are ineligible to be returned.

• A customer service specialist will be in touch with you within 24 hours to help process your request. A claim # and a claim form will be provided
• Simply print and fill the claim form and return it with your purchase to the address on the form
• Upon receipt, the claim form and the return will be assessed. Items that are found eligible of a full refund, as per the policy,  a refund or store credit will be issued within 5-15 business days of receipt of the item


If you would like to exchange the purchased item for a different color, size or product, please return the original purchase as per the return policy above. Please make sure original item is unopened and in original packaging. Then proceed to make the new purchase.  


We take pride in the quality of our products at Nested Bean. While our sleepwear and accessories do not come with a warranty, we stand behind the integrity of our designs. 

If there are any defects with your product aside from normal wear, misuse, or damages caused by the user,  during the first 30 days after purchases on, follow the steps below:

• Attach clear images of the defective area, the complete product, and the tracking label (sewn behind the care label)
A customer service specialist will be in touch within 24 hours and provide a claim #


For products purchased at a retailer other than that retailer’s return and exchange policy may apply.
